Privacy Policy

We understand that your personal information and privacy are important to you and that is why we make every effort to ensure that the information you share with us is not only recorded accurately, but also retained securely, and used only according to your wishes.

During the course of our relationship we may collect some personal information from you. This may include your name, street and email address, and phone number. We also have a record of productions you have attended and donations you have made.

Most of this information is collected when you buy tickets. It may come to us through your phone call, mail or email order, or when you come to the Box Office. You may have been added to our mailing list by your request for a brochure or your interest in contests or surveys. Your name may have been shared with us as someone with an interest in the arts.

We need this information for billing purposes, to mail your tickets and to inform you about upcoming productions, events or special offers. We may also use this information to build a profile of our audience for future programming or marketing and fundraising initiatives.

Sometimes, as a service to our patrons, we may also distribute information regarding related cultural organizations. When we do this we use a third-party mailing house or professional research firm, and the information we provide is for one-time use only.

Only authorized personnel have access to this information. If ever we share your information with an outside organization (such as the mailing house that sends out our season handbook), we have a contract binding them to the same strict privacy controls that we use ourselves.
