For over 10 years, Opera Atelier’s Making of an Opera (MoaO) workshop has influenced hundreds of teachers and thousands of students across the GTA.
Lectures and demonstrations include historical perspectives of the 17th and 18th centuries, set and costume designs, wigs and makeup, careers in the arts, music, dance, and stage fighting. This informative and hands on learning experience culminates in attendance at the dress rehearsal performance.
Opera Atelier’s adult workshops give opera lovers the opportunity to learn and discuss all aspects of Opera Atelier’s productions with members of the OA creative team.
